50 Cent Talk About His Twitter Account: Note to 50 Cent: Folks don’t like it when you joke about sexuality and violence. The New York Post reports that The Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) has mounted a campaign against the rapper after he got into a bit of a Twitter feud with blogger Perez Hilton.

"Perez Hilton calld (sic) me [expletive] so I had my homie shoot up a gay wedding,” Fiddy tweeted. “Wasnt (sic) his but still made me feel better.”The tweet included a picture of two men running from an angry mob. GLAAD called on 50 Cent to “let his fans know that anti-gay violence isn’t something to joke about” and requested that supporters post the following tweet on their Twitter account: "RT glaad: Tell 50cent to let his fans know that anti-gay violence isn’t something to joke about.
The organization pointed out that it’s not the first time Fiddy has made remarks that have upset the gay community. In a 2004 interview with Playboy magazine, the rapper was quoted as saying he was uncomfortable around gays, though he insisted he was not prejudiced.
“I just don’t go with gay people and kick it — we don’t have that much in common,” he said. “I’d rather hang out with a straight dude. But women who like women, that’s cool.”
Hilton, who is openly gay, wrote on his blog about the latest remark that “No matter what your opinion, violence is never the answer!”
