50 CENT SHARES HIS BUSINESS SAVVY WITH UPCOMING BOOK

50 Cent Shares His Business Savvy With Upcoming BookThe business of being an artist is a fluid one and writing lyrics has been translating into writing books for a few rappers, including Q-Tip, Kanye West and Jay-Z, who all have current projects in various stages of completion. Next up: 50 Cent. This fall, the Queens rapper, who has undeniably made a profitable business out of rhyming, will put out 'The 50th Law,' a 21st century guide to business, co-written by author Robert Greene.

The book will take a queue from Greene's previous work, 'The 48 Laws of Power,' exploring ways to make business work for you, but it will also feature some uniquely 50 Cent contributions, with chapters titled "Hood Economics" and "Turn Shit into Sugar-Opportunism."

Andrew Franklin, the publisher of Profile Books, will debut the new title during the week of September 10th in both the U.S. and the U.K. and has great expectations for the project. "The essential tenet of the book, inspired by 50's experiences, is that your fears are a prison which hold you back -- you should be yourself, fear nothing, focus on what you want and have no 'Plan B'," he said.

And for readers who want a little more of what they're used to, the audio version will present the option of listening to 50 do things the way he does them best -- spoken word style.
