50 Cent Announced: Gatting Married (Videos): G-Unit leader 50 Cent may not be following down the same footprints as newly weds Swizz Beatz and Alicia Keys, but the rapper has spun a tale of love via Twitter this weekend.

Keeping his more than 3 million followers updated daily, the Unit head has talked about love and taken advantage of a sleeping Tony Yayo in the past 24 hoursEarlier this week, 50 said he would take a temporary break from Twitter to work on an upcoming new album. Producer Swizz Beatz recently shared his reaction to 50's new music. Last July, 50 said he was considering shelving his originally titled Black Magic album.

50 Cent Get Break from Twitter For New Album: American rapper 50 Cent is taking a break from Twitter to concentrate on his new album ‘The Return Of The Heartless Monster’. However, Fiddy, 35, insists it is only for a few days. “I’m writing my album. I will not be on Twitter again till Sept 6,” the Daily Star quoted him as tweeting. The controversial star recently had his Twitpic account blocked after uploading raunchy photos.

50 Cent Present Work On Album: 50 Cent's Twitter followers are going to have to find other ways to amuse themselves this weekend. The MC says he's giving up tweeting to pen his next effort, The Return of the Heartless Monster.

"Ok ladies and [gentlemen] I'm writing my new album. I will not be on twitter again till Sept 6," Fif wrote Wednesday (September 1). "This album will be a classic," added the MC, who announced the album title on Twitter.

50 has been putting in work on his new material. Swizz Beatz recently told MTV News that he has been in the studio with the G-Unit boss, after 50 reportedly shelved much of the dance-music-friendly sound he originally envisioned for his upcoming music.

G-Unit leader 50 Cent has disclosed that the music of late soul singers Marvin Gaye and Curtis Mayfield  has proved the inspiration behind his upcoming album, Black Magic. He told Rap-up.com: "It's still got a soulful vibe to it and that's why I called it Black Magic. I had some Marvin Gaye-inspired stuff, some things that content-wise would feel like something Curtis Mayfield would do from my perspective.

And just the choices of how the cadences on the records were like performance music that they did in the past. "It feels brand new. If I didn't tell you it was inspired by that, you wouldn't know that I got it from that. I didn't say the same things that they said; it's just my perspective on what they offered.”

Last month, Tony Yayo told HipHopDX that G-Unit was embarking on several weeks of touring through Europe. While there, 50 Cent conducted a recent interview that revealed how Europe's musical tastes are affecting him. "I went to a nightclub after-party.

It was different music after a while," 50 Cent said, recognizing that the club altered their set to play his own catalog. "The music they were playin' before they were playin' the music I created was more up-tempo, more Dance.

I wanted to make a song like that, so I went into the studio. Because I'm travelin' with my live band, I took the band with me and we sequenced it and recorded the actual record while we was out there.

"While Fif did not confirm a title for the song, he did say that he has also recorded two others, to beats he took with him from the United States. The Southside Queens emcee did not reveal producers or additional information, but confirmed his project's name, Black Magic.

50 Cent brought an unexpected date to the American Music Awards Sunday night -- Val Kilmer. It isn't as strange as it may first appear. 50 Cent, nee Curtis Jackson, has written a screenplay and has reportedly gotten Kilmer to star alongside him.

The movie is called "The Gun" and is supposed to start production in December. The pair will play friends involved with illegal weapons dealing.

50 Cent’s new album has been leaked on the web before its release date. According to MTV News, fans have already started downloading the album titled ‘Before I Self Destruct,’ even though the 23 November release date gets closer.

The album was actually set to release in the summer this year but was delayed, reports the Daily Express. 50 cent has teamed up with Eminem, R. Kelly, Dr. Dre and Ne-Yo in the new album.
