50 Cent trying to sell Dix Hills propertyA pair of real estate agents nabbed the listing on the one-acre property rapper 50 Cent owns in Dix Hills.

The asking price is $499,999 for the .8-acre lot.,  according to a listing with Keller Williams Greater Nassau.

The vacant land used to contain a 5,200-square-foot Colonial with six bedrooms and five bathrooms. The rapper, otherwise known as Curtis Jackson, bought the house in 2007 for $1.4 million. His son and his son's mother had lived there until 2008.

The house burned down that year in what authorities deemed a "suspicious" fire.An investigation of that fire is still under way, the Suffolk County police say. The land has been cleared, says Salvatore Lupo of Keller Williams, who is co-listing the property with his wife, Theresa.

"We believe the property is priced to sell," says Lupo, explaining that lots of the same size or slightly larger are selling in the $700,000s and $800,000s and "they're not cleared" like this one. The property contains a steep driveway equipped with radiant heat. "If it snows or if there is ice, it would dissolve," Lupo says.
